Moms on Call | Next Steps Baby Care 6-15 Months | Parenting Book 2 of 3 | 20th Anniversary Edition (Moms on Call Parenting Books) Review: Not a NEED but Definately a WANT & It's Helpful - This book has been such a lifesaver for me. It gives me a clear guide on how to get my baby on a schedule and lays out how I should be feeding at each stage, which takes so much of the guesswork out of it. At the same time, I really appreciate that they remind you every baby is different and encourage you to adjust the schedule to fit your parenting style, it never feels like a one-size-fits-all approach. I also love the extra tips they include on things to keep around the house. There are so many helpful items I never would have thought of on my own, but now I use them daily. It’s practical, reassuring, and honestly gives me so much more confidence as a mom. If you’re in the 6–15 month stage, this book is a must-have. Review: So helpful! - This book has been SO helpful for my husband and I. It covers literally everything, from feeding, to sleeping, naptime, diapering, etc. I’ve used info from this book for most everything when raising my now 6 month old! Highly recommend

Perfect for setting a routine
Havent sat down to read this part of the series but moms on call is life changing! You dont need to be forceful on all the aspects and every detail but knowing how many feedings and bottles I need a day has eased the stress of being a new mom! My baby has been sleeping through the night because of this routine so I cant recommend this series enough!

Good resource for new moms with lots of questions
I definitely like the approach the authors used for this book. It is incredibly insightful and helped for first time moms who have a ton of questions like me. It provides great tips and techniques to try for you and your baby. Obviously it's just a book so no one is forcing you to use everything in the book if it's not your style. I read it and took bits and pieces that work for me and my baby and applied where needed. Great starter guide to helping with sleep training/schedules and feeding schedules to get into a good rhythm. My baby doesn't like the white noise so we use ocean sounds even though it doesn't recommend it it's okay because it works for us. I recommend this book for the common illnesses overview and recommendations, feeding schedules and sleep training recommendations. Take what you want from each and apply to your life and needs. If it doesn't work for you there are tons of other resources and just plain ole common sense as a mommy is something to use as well. Good resource overall. Honestly would have liked to paid a little less for the ebook than the current price but for the common illness section alone is worth it to help give peace of mind when those "what do I do moments" come up.

MOMS ON CALL FOR ALL
This book helped me so much with my first baby and not having a clue how to begin with a schedule for eating and sleeping. I can’t recommend it enough! I also followed it pretty loosely and it still worked great!

A Must Have for New Parents
Moms on Call is truly the best system for new moms. It is easy to follow and helps your baby get into a gentle schedule that you can flex when needed. Recommend this over and over.

Good if looking for a summary on various newborn-related topics and not a long read. The typical day schedules are good if you want to be told exactly what to do - and if your baby cooperates. Mine is a power napper (rather than a long napper) so I found them to be less useful, From a Canadian perspective, it is not up-to-date with the latest recommendations from dietitians (ie don't give them juice) and dentists (ie don't use sippy cups), but the food time schedules are helpful (there are strict almost hour by hour schedules as well as broader guidelines which I found more helpful). It's a good crash course.
