The Replacement Didn't Work Either
The first pump I received didn't work out of the box. The seller replaced the pump without issue. Unfortunately, the second pump failed after about 5 seconds and won't turn back on. I do not recommend this product.

Quick easy hookup
The unit was easily installed in a tiny home, fittings for me was an issue but only having a the big red, blue and gray big box store local was my issue. They probably had what I needed but who knows where. Definitely not in the spot they were supposed to be. Anyways, great product I mean your not getting insane pressure but for my needs and many it just works.

It works as described.
The on /off switch needs to be closer to the pump, within 2'. If you don't have a 12volt source on the same side as the dump tank the switch ends up under the rv. I used battery jumper cables from the other side of the rv where the batteries are and then clamped the pump cable clamps to the jumper cable clamps. It did plug up on me , I had to hook up the hose to the flush out port and kind of pressurizing the pump and it cleared. It's the first time I have used one of these so it's a learning curve. It saved us a trip to dump the tanks and $20, will pay for itself in 4 uses. Glad I got one, will see how long this one lasts. UPDATE : My son used this for me on my RV when I couldn't. It wouldn't turn on for him and he had to bypass the switch harness to get it to work. I looked at the plug on the end of the wiring harness and unscrewed the end of it and found a fuse blown. 20 amp . Replaced it and it turned on . Do not run this very long without it being hooked up to the rv drain because it will pop the fuse again. It needs water to lube the water pump part of this . Overall it works as described and will see how long it lasts.

Worked and then it didn’t
It was working good for the 2 times we used it. Went to use it the 3rd time and it started and then just shutoff. It won’t startup or anything. Power is good. Pump seems to have just quit. Disappointed since it worked so well. Hopefully get a replacement and can change my mind.
