I got this to have an easy way for my 13 year old to clean her Invisalign retainers. It is so easy to use, she does it multiple times a day! It also has a very straightforward design, so it’s near impossible to not understand how to use it! It has different time settings, all at a simple button press right on the front that’s labeled. Multiple timers is great for a quick clean after eating or a longer one at night or in the morning. I also loved that it comes with the UV light for disinfecting as well. It will also help the retainers last longer without the scratching that can come from traditional cleaning. Amazing to not have to keep buying the cleaner that you add to water for soaking either! It’s small and was easy to travel with. Came with a little basket for cleaning jewelry items and things like that, but I have not personally used that. We have used it daily, multiple times a day, for 2 months now and it’s had zero issues. All around this cleaner is exactly what I was looking for. Great price, works well, and easy for a teenager to continue to use. I will for sure be getting another one when my other child needs it.

It cleans very well and thoroughly. I use this item every single day, and it is small and light with little to no sound during retainer/denture cleaning. The most important thing is that it's safe to use.

This cleaner works great on my night guard. And it's easy to use. I really recommend it!

Honestly, this thing has been treating me pretty well. I have retainers that need to be cleaned all the time so I got some cleaning tablets and bought this cleaner machine. It gets the job done! I did have a few issues after sometime owning it, nothing crazy, but the LED light in the lid stopped working. I also had some issues with the power when the lid was on, but now it works just fine.

Days 1-100: this was awesome for cleaning aligners and retainers. I used it daily for a 3-minute cycle, no UV. All was wonderful. It also has a pretty small footprint so didn’t take up too much space on my bathroom counter. Then, out of nowhere, it stopped working yesterday. It powers on, but doesn’t sonicate - there are no bubbles in the water - and the whirring motor noise is now sad and pathetic, like it’s struggling. I picked up the unit and it sounds like there is a large piece loose inside, but as it’s sealed, I can’t tell. The product information shipped with the device says there is a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Great! Yeah, no. I contacted Amazon and they just referred me to the store page on Amazon - which has no contact info. They also refused to replace the item even though the item page says Amazon is responsible for customer service. A rep finally gave me a phone number for Vivizen! But it’s not the company (it’s an internet domain name provider) and Vivizen doesn’t seem to exist as a company. So I’m out $40, and Amazon is refusing to do anything. TLDR: great product if you need it for a short time and don’t expect anything in the way of customer service.

Cleans as promised in 435 seconds or less. Absolute must-have if you have retainers or dentures, jewelry. I use a mixture of white vinegar and warm water. Cleans 100x better than a brush!
