The card was supposed to work in CA & EU. Did not work in Canada at all. In AU it worked for only few hours and about 500 Mb and then stopped working. Tried in Portugal and Spain. In the US was able to connect to internet again. That means seller is lying about connectivity in EU & CA.

This SIM card worked flawlessly for me. I used it in an old iPhone X as a backup phone for a trip to Europe recently. It connected immediately in the U.S. on T-mobile. Upon landing in Germany, it connected with networks there immediately. I had zero problems with it. For a SIM that covers so many countries, the price is reasonable. Because I bought the 3GB version, I turned off a lot of apps on cellular I don't really need, which stretched out that 3GB. In fact, a week-long trip using this method used only 1GB of data. I already bought another one for my next trip.

Good customer service, I had a snag when activating it but customer service came to the rescue. At least we can activate in US before our trip to be sure it works. It did worked seamlessly in UK, but seemed to be hit or miss on the road particularly in Switzerland. Our tour guide warned us. Thank goodness there are WiFi in the bus and hotels.so we did not miss much. I bought the card for our trip as an emergency lifeline if we got lost or have to go out and about ourselves. No other complaints for the price we paid.

Purchased this card for my trip to Korea. The SIM card didn’t work at the first time. I contacted CS via whatup, then found out the setting was not right. The CS I got second time was very professional and patient. Helped with step by step instructions solving the problem. The SIM card worked after the right setting. So if you have trouble try contact CS see if it can be solved.

Fairly priced. Easy to set up. Worked like a charm. Will buy again next time I have to travel internationally.

Used in Argentina. Sometimes works good, sometimes no signal or could not connect to the network. The same thing in the US, sometimes very weak signal and very slow.
