THE brand for delicious hot sauces!
I've repurchased a few times - we love their sriracha as well as this chili garlic sauce. Incredible flavor, lots of heat, and works so well in sauces and Asian-style dishes. The Chili Garlic Sause is QUITE hot, but the heat doesn't take away from the lovely garlic flavor. A must for anyone who loves heat and cooking!

Great sauce with the heat you remember.
When the whole Huy Fong pepper debacle happened it wasn't just the sriracha that suffered, apparently. I recently purchased a bottle of the HF chili garlic sauce, but something seemed off. It had kind of a chemical smell and bland taste. On a whim I ordered this chili garlic sauce from Underwood Ranches to see if it was any better, since they supplied the peppers for a long time. Once it arrived I opened it and took a whiff. It smelled so fresh, and the taste was great with a good amount of heat that was lacking in the HF version. Yes, this sauce is not cheap, but for me there are some things where you need to overlook that and get the good stuff anyway. This is one of those items.

I was searching for Underwood Sriracha but found this instead, and I couldn't be happier!
I picked up a bottle of Huy Fong sriracha ay my local Asian Market and wanted to learn more about the product. After reading about the split between Hoy Fong and Underwood Farms I HAD to try Underwood's sriracha! But all I could find was their Chile Garlic Sauce. I am so happy with my 2nd choice! This sauce is so tasty. It's spicy, but not overpoweringly hot, and it adds so much to a variety of foods. I thought, because of the size of the bottle, that I'd have it in my fridge forever - but it's going fast! I'll definitely buy another, and another, and another....

Mislabeled product received wrong items
Products are mislabeled. I ordered the chili garlic sauce. The sticker on the outer wrapper that holds the two bottles says chili garlic but the bottles are the Sriracha sauce. I love both the sauces but received the wrong one 😕
