Very easy to install. Our 1st chair, from another brand, was a nightmare to put together. The iBooMas was up and running within about 20 minutes. Very comfortable and the 3 heat settings work very well. The touch screen control is easy to navigate. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Great chair! Delivery was easy and assembly was super quick. Had my chair up and run within 20 minutes of getting it unpacked. Unpacking is super easy, it comes on a pallet. Cut the strapping and lift the box off. I use this chair daily. Easy to use and operate. I recommend this massage chair instead of spending a lot more for the same thing.

I've owned this chair for 7 months now & have mixed feelings. Here's summary w/ details following 😀 OVERALL: 5 ⭐️ ‐> for sleek chair, excellent quality, super easy set up, moving is a breeze with wheels on base, small footprint (hugs close to wall/not overly wide), fun bells and whistles - bluetooth, charging station, lighting, ionized air, led screen, hand panel, extra removable padding & chair cover. *EXCELLENT* 4D massage capabilities! 2 ⭐️ -> for blimey overly aggressive calf and foot air bags. I previously had a decent massage chair but needed something more. I worked a very physically strenuous job where I also walked 5-10 miles a day. This chair marked off the majority of my upgrade boxes ie: calf roller, AI body scan, all roller movents, true zero gravity and smaller foot print. On most levels this chair has exceeded my expectations in a wondeful way. Unfortunately, it has also gone beyond in one area negatively. The air bags - specifically the leg and ankle ones. If there is a way to control the pressure in them I haven't been to figure that out. They're WAY too intense...to the point that you feel trapped. And once you realize the chair is trying to squeeze the life out them it's quite the struggle to prior your legs and feet out of it's grip - often the only solution is to power off the chair. 95% I mostly keep my legs out or try barely place them to get any potential benefits fr feet rollers & stretching settings. If an update would fix this issue I would be over the moon & say this chair was no less than perfect!! Five stars all the way. As is, I love the roller movents - they flow wonderfully and the varying depths/speeds create a more natural feeling massage. The extended library of massage routines and roller movents is excellent along with the create your own option to focus on one movement to which you can pinpoint to a specific area or full spine. Multiple heating areas are excellent. I love that the rollers work every inch of my spine.

Bought for my wife for a Christmas present, she absolutely loves the chair. I have set in it a few times and love the how it adjusts to individual. Since there are many settings, you just have to work around to figure everything out. Would 100% recommend this chair.

Great chair. The software works well. I really like the "partial body" ones the the neck and shoulder. It focuses just on the area you need. The full body is also good but I don't always need that.

Both my wife and myself are old and have our share of aches and pains. As a result, we have been looking at various ways to get relief with not much luck. Saw this massage chair and thought that this might give the results we were seeking and ordered the iBooMas chair with the idea of trying it out. (And sending it back if it did not satisfy our needs.) WOW! We are both amazed at the results.For my wife, her chronic back pain is much relieved and allows her much more freedom of movement without the resulting aches and pains. For me, I have not had leg cramps at night, pain while walking, and a stiff back in the morning ever since I started using the chair. We are both really pleased with the results. It took effort to understand the manual and all the various functions the chair performed. But, with the exceptional support from the manufacturer, we are able to adjust all the massage functions and other available body care features with ease. The support people have been excellent in their responses to my inquiries. Than you! I readily recommend this chair to those seeking relief from bodily aches and pains.

This is a great massager and you will not be dissapointed. Ive used this for a year now and still love it. The tablet makes it easy to use. There's manual, air, and 24 auto settings that you are able to set the speed and pressure to your preference, particulatly to certain body parts. The bluetooth speakers sound system are nice and loud, almost like wearing a headphone on without the actual headphone. I also want to mention about their exceptional customer service. My daughter broke the tablet screen within the first month of having it and I was able to contact them to get a replacement, free of charge, in just a couple of days. One thing I would really like to see on this massager is a phone holder, but other than that the massager provides muscle relief after an exhausting day of work.

Like having a personal masseuse! Living with cerebral palsy means it is a challenge every day for my daughter to do any physical activity at all. Walking leads to frequent falls yet her job is demanding and requires her to be active. This chair provides relief to her sore muscles and a comforting warmth without the added strain and expense of appointments with chiropractors and massage parlours. She has generously allowed others to benefit from this chair and they have pronounced it comparable to the benefits of a good masseuse. We cannot attest however to how it stands up over time.

This 4D massage chair is the best investment I have made for my back EVER! I have waited a couple months to give a proper review. I was skeptical at first as other chairs have only hurt me further. This chair has more features than way more expensive units. So far after using it for about a 3 months now it has performed flawlessly and given me back some mobility. No more spending a $140 bucks for a massage for an hour 8 times a month for me. It has many many different massage options to really work different muscle groups. On minor issue is the wireless phone charging is a bit weak if your phone has a case but thats not a deal breaker by any means. My major issue is that I can't keep my wife out of it for more me time......LOL. Thank you iBooMas for such amazing service and phenomenal support. If you looking for a massage chair this is the one!

I love this massage chair since it has many options like being able to turn on or off the leg rollers and feet roller also it has bluetooth speakers which you can play for example spa music ! I recently bought this chair and have used it almost every day since and also the zero gravity with 3 settings is also nice ! I have a few times fell asleep because of the heat setting and great massage !😀 I highly recommend this chair !

I did quite a bit of research before buying this massage chair, but I’m super happy this is the one I picked. The auto functions are fantastic and really easy to use. The voice command is cool too because you can literally sit and close your eyes and tell the chair what to do (and it will respond back referring to you as “master”, lol). This has been great for our whole family and we have used it every day since it arrived. Keep in mind that it is quite heavy (~290lbs) so consider this when you are picking the location for your chair. Can’t go wrong with this purchase.

Excellent fauteuil de massage ! Même en mettant l'intensité au minimum, on sent très bien la technologie 4D tout le long du dos. Le massage au pieds est vraiment agréable également.
