I bought these magnesium capsules because I had heard good things about magnesium malate and wanted something gentle but effective. Excellent products in reasonable price

I chose this magnesium because it was bound to Malate which is tolerated better on sensitive stomachs like mine plus is doesn't have anything like the sedative affect of the other salts magnesium is bound to which is good for me because I'm already on medication that has a strong sedative effect. So far it's been tolerated well and has not made me any more sleepy, I will be reordering.

Was skeptical at first but someone told me abut Magnesium as I was having trouble with sleep. Two week taking these now and wow ! my sleep is so much better, drift off in seconds and full 7-8 hours no problem. Should have been taking these long ago. I take two every morning along with my other supplements. Highly recommend but give it time to full kick in.
