This belt is good quality and does its job. Could be longer to fit bigger waists.

I use this with a weighted Hula Hoop and after a workout my vest is always saturated where the belt has been sitting on my waist. Also; sizing is no issue to my mind. I almost didn't buy this after reading reviews saying it was designed for slim people... It feel it would easily fit up to a 40-42inch waist which is a size 20-22 on average so fairly lenient on size imo

Tried once. If your bigger than a size 12/14 pushing its not gonna fit you.
