I've been using Juvia daily for a few months now, and I honestly could not live without it. I add a tablespoon to my breakfast and that's it! Oh, and if I know I'm going to eat a bready meal in the evening like pizza, I'll have a spoonfull about 20 mins before. the difference is huge. No way could I eat pizza without it. I would get bloated and be very uncomfortable after a carb heavy meal. But with Juvia, all that's changed. Of course, I still try eat well and listen to what body needs, but sometimes, especially with friends, I just want to eat what I want to eat. Plus i do feel more energised, and less sluggish throughout the day, which is amazing. I have a lot more freedom in what I can choose to eat these days, and I put it all down to Juvia in my life. Since introducing it to my daily routine I’ve noticed a significant pick up in energy levels, I feel less bloated even after a bagel and never have any gut discomfort. This is a brilliant product which is so far helping me with issues I have had for a number of years. I don’t want to go into all my issues, but my gut health has not been great and I have tried a number of other products but nothing has worked, until I tried Juvia. I just recieved a new order,they have changed the formula and added vegetable oil,it tastes awful now.
