Stopped working after a few months. Wouldn't charge. There are better options for way cheaper don't waste your money

I believe this product has a defective battery. It only lasted 3 years, I would appreciate a return or replacement or repair. I can’t live without it, I used it daily, please advise.

This is a great product. It gets the job of basic hair removal done with ease. The light illuminates perfectly so you can see what you missed in every crevice. The battery life is outstanding! I stored this away for about 5 weeks before, pulled it out to use it urgently while in a time crunch thinking I would need to wait for it to charge but nope it was still holding a charge from weeks ago. It got the entire job done too!! Lightweight product great design, easy to hold and use and will not nik your skin!! I’m a woman and I love this product don’t get confused by the name lol.

For the cost it’s a horrible product. I’ve owned other $29 trimmers that still work. I’ve had this a little over a year and it shows charged but won’t turn on. Looks like a common problem. Stay away from Manscaped IMO. Back to tried and true products. EDIT. I never set the travel lock. The device went all the way down. I charged it fully and it would not work. I had tried to push the on off three times quickly to see if the travel lock was on to no avail. I wrote the bad review. Before I decided to toss it while my other trimmer was charging I pushed the on off quickly about 30 times and it started up again. So there you go. It’s working. I’ll do a second edit if it crashes again.

Replaced my older version with this USB C version and charging is much better. Its a little wider than the original and quality is the same. How's close with guards or skin level without guards. Sharp without cutting skin.

Works extremely well and my husband is so happy with its’ performance. He has been searching for years for a good electric razor, and our son suggested this because he uses the same one and it turns out to be perfect.!

Overrated and overpriced, you’re only buying the name.

Not durable. When it's good, it's really good, does a great job. Powerful. However, this is my 2nd and last purchase of this brand trimmer. The first purchase two years ago, the charger rudder out after 9 months. Had to order another. Wasn't cheap. Took the broken charger apart to take a look. The two wires unseen inside the charger connecting the the two metal contact prongs you can see. Those wires were as thin as the filaments used in some light bulbs. They had rusted and broke apart. Then , about 14 months later, the device itself suddenly just stopped, would no longer run. The higher price of this product doesn't justify such cheaply made parts. So, we'll try one more time. Since it does perform well. Just breaks down too easy.

Muy útil y practico

I bought this before but lost the original and absolutely had to get this for myself. I know $100 is a little expensive but it’s absolutely worth it. The packaging is great, the actual case and accessories are durable and durable and the shaver won’t cut your most delicate areas. Definitely would recommend the shaver.
