I take turmeric instead of aspirin. It’s better for you. It’s natural and it works really fast for me. It takes away a lot of back pain and muscle pain. It’s nice to take before you go to sleep at night.

Started taking these and within a week or so I noticed that my knees weren't as sore and I could walk better.

This is a good product, but some people are affected by high dose turmeric. I used it for years without issues, then last June my labs showed my liver enzymes were elevated...were really elevated by August. My doctor had me quit the turmeric, and nothing else...blood tests in October my liver enzymes were completely normal. So, get regular labs done, and if liver enzymes get elevated you may need to quit this product.
