The media could not be loaded. I was a bit sceptical with this item as nothing I have tried before has ever worked. I am really pleased with the bug zapper, as soon as it starts to get dark all you can hear are lots of bangs, sometimes quite loud!!!! Couldn’t believe how many were in the tray after an hour. Would recommend this and as you can see in the photos kills mosquitoes too.

Started zapping from 10 minutes after we put it on!!!!. Leave it hanging up high, and works best at night and in the dark

Good build quality. Does what it says, just a shame you can't turn the white light off to leave the fluorescent light, very easy to clean

This is a great item for keeping the flies out of the house. I have it hanging by my door.

Sat in my living room just picked it up put it in the kitchen next to the plug I have about 7 flies in the house and they still annoying me not a single one been zapped yet…. For this money you would expect something will give it a day and see if at night it will do anything if not will be returning I am so upset I paid extra for next day delivery as flies are doing my head in and absolutely no results 😭😭😭😭😭

Great bit of kit ...but the flys don't think so 😂..snap crackle and pop ..there goes another one 👍

It does work very well

Tried two cheap products which didn't work and decided to get this one with high reviews. Placed it in the bedroom and zapped 3 mosquitoes on the first day. Highly recommended.
