The sticks are very nice with bright lights and a nice stun feature with other nice features like the capability to break glass and hammer if you need it. Unfortunately mine came in with a broken light on one and the set screws loosen up easily. The feet started to wear a lot with only a couple of walks. They are a little heavy but that gives you the capability to defend yourself against a dog or other animal. I tried to get another one but decided maybe we should return them when I didn’t hear back from the provider in a couple of days. Very nice concept for hiking and protection! The provider did contact me back and told me that this was unusual and that they would make it right but I had already returned them. They seem to be well put together and the customer service seem good. They really try to make you happy.

This is an amazing piece of equipment. It’s made well, a lot of features. I didn’t see the manual (fell on floor) so I called , spoke with Rusi , who helped me put it together. Had I not dropped the manual I probably would’ve been able to figure it out. But that’s outstanding customer support. Called, got live person, we talked about features and future updates/equiptment . It’s sturdy, can be used as a cane since I require one. Very nice product, again 5 stars for customer support.Photo showing pieces. Light is bright, can do flashing red/blue. Don’t touch prongs as those are stun gun. If camping or backyard has animals, it’s one deterrent. Thank you

I purchased this as a Father's Day gift for my dad, who is around 60 and loves hiking and camping. He absolutely loved it because it is extremely sturdy and doesn't bend at all. The LED lights are very bright and last a long time on a single charge. Although I originally bought it as a trekking pole for outdoor activities like hiking and camping, he will definitely be using it as a walking cane since he sometimes has difficulty walking. The bright LED lights will make it much easier for him to walk in the dark. I feel much safer knowing he has the Smart Stick, as it is made of high-quality material, and the electric shock feature at the bottom can help protect against aggressive animals and predators. This was the best Father's Day gift I could have gotten for him, and I plan to buy more of these as Christmas gifts in December.

Works as it should, the lights are very bright the tripod is well made and sturdy. I like the fact it charges with solar as well as being plugged in. It has multiple tips for differant terrain and the shocking tip works great even the sound of it is scary and should help deter a smaller animal such as coyote from attacking. This will be with me on all my camping and hiking trips.

I checked everything, and it appears to work great. Wasn’t expecting the fan to be that powerful or the light so bright. Customer Service is on top of it answer questions faster than I expected. Smart stick also comes in a great packaging. Makes it perfect for a gift. He goes on daily walks, and this stick gives both of us peace of mind. The T-shape Handle is a must for better grip. The built-in LED light is very bright, it’s enough to light his path in the evening, and the added safety features, like the stun gun function, make him feel more secure when he's out alone. He also loves how sturdy and comfortable it feels. The charging port is a great bonus too he can keep his phone powered up while he's out. It even comes with a tripod, which he uses while resting during hikes or whenever he goes camping. This isn’t just a walking stick it’s a high-tech support system. Highly recommend it for seniors who want to stay active and independent, safely.
