I bought this for the 3rd trimester in hopes of helping soften my cervix. While I can’t verify whether it did or not, the tea still tastes great and is relaxing to drink before bed since there is no caffeine

I used Earth Mama Organic Raspberry Leaf Tea during the last weeks of my pregnancy and really loved it. The taste is mild and easy to drink daily, and I appreciated that it’s organic with simple ingredients. I personally did not tear during delivery, and this tea was part of my routine leading up to labor. Whether for comfort or preparation, it felt like a gentle, nourishing addition to the end of my pregnancy.

Loved this item. I swear it’s what helped my body prep for birth and letting me dilate naturally having minimal tearing.

Tastes great, but the bags are flimsy and tear easily if you are not careful. Each bag has cute little sayings on the lift tags. Great value compared to buying in store. Great flavor and I am still using after pregnancy. HOWEVER this did not help for ripening the cervix or easing labor at all. Did not go until over 41 weeks and had a 36 hour long labor and would not dilate past a 9. Did not help with pain. If you are getting this for the purpose of helping with delivery, do not get it lol
