I chose this irrigator because it is simple, inexpensive -far less expensive than a machine which requires a battery and proprietary accessories - and has a larger bottle than other similar bottles. I am pleased with the item's performance, after first use. The instructions were clear and the process simple. My sinuses feel very clear, breathing has noticeably improved. I will continue to use it and would buy it again.

The Medi Grade Sinus Rinse Bottle, 500ml worked just as described by the manufacturer here on Amazon, and was a terrific bargain. Easy to open packaging and directions for use. It even came with 30 saline rinse packages, and a nice tidy storage bag to stow in the bathroom closet. So easy, a caveman could use it. Highly recommended.

What relief! Amazing price point for the relief and comfort it gives you while you're sick or having sinus issues. I was worried about pressure or pain in using something like this with recurrent Eustachian tube dysfunction and sinus problems. Good quality, easy to clean and durable as well.

I was addicted to using a nasal spray called Otrivine, I got dependant on it. What it does is male it so much easier to breathe and clears nose ASAP. But it eventually makes you use it from every 10 hours to every 10 mins and it’s bad for your nose. This helped me get off of it and it’s natural, was scared at first but it’s easy and it works. My tip to you is to keep mouth open and calm breathing and tilt head, with the gadget/device closest to the feeling. It’s cheap for what it comes with, great value for money. And I can see that the build quality is good so will most likely last a while.
