A little bit soft, but do taste nice and are good value. Great for a dirty martini. Like one of the other reviewers I strain the can and put them in a jar with some olive oil.

Very salty and not great quality.
I really love anchovy-stuffed olives and get through quite a lot of them. These Amazon-brand olives seemed a good price, so I decided to try them. They are very disappointing. The olives are small and not great quality - a bit shrivelled. And they are SO salty! Much more salty than any other brands I've tried. Too salty for me, and I won't be ordering again - I'd rather pay more and get some that taste better. People who like salty might enjoy them, but I do not.
