How tight is optimal for this sleeve?

I'm 17 1/4. I went with xl and they are snug but not overly tight. I love them.

I measured my knee I’m about 13.5 inches I want a tight fit with leggings on what size should I order?

Look at the sizing chart. I followed the directions and purchased the size they recommended. They are great and the fit is tight

Why are these $55 on company website but only $39.95 on Amazon? Are these fakes or maybe just an older version?
