I'm a professional guitarist (over 60 years), and aside from performing regularly, my wife and I frequently get together with friends for "pickin' parties", which are usually acoustic. When playing solos & single line stuff, with three or four other people playing, it's hard to hear single-line solos. And while most little amps are aimed at distortion and overdrive, this little amp has a great clean sound AND REVERB (which is also lacking in most tiny amps This little amp gives me just a bit more clean volume, and amazingly, sounds great with reverb! WELL WORTH the low price!! It's also be great for practicing!

I go to visit my dad 1600 miles away, I take a travel guitar and had been using a Joyo BanTamp and a 20w Joyo 8” speaker, so I bought this amp as a test and I was impressed, clean, dirty, and chunch tones, onboard eq works with in conjunction with the guitar tone for best performance, loud enough for a room and I dig the feedback, squeals are easy if you have decent pickups. battery life is over 30 minutes of playing at 1/4 volume which is about all you need. Bluetooth actually works, sounds ok so it’s my new hotel travel radio too. Try it, you might be surprised, I will get a 12” extension cable and clip it to a strap, it moves around just plugged in.

This is a decent, small amp, good for practice and provides a way to amplify your guitar without being too loud or noisy. Because it plugs directly into your guitar input, its volume is a bit limited since the guitar body blocks some of the sound. It has Bluetooth connectivity and also has a few effects so you can tailor your sound a bit. I got this to use with my new LAVA guitar and while it does allow me to play and practice quickly. By design and because of its size, it isn’t terribly loud, but it is adequate, just don’t plan on putting on a concert or play in a group setting because you won’t have a lot of volume. In a small group or room, and playing with others who aren’t using amplification, it performs okay. The amp is rechargeable and comes with a charging cable. This is a great feature which adds to the portability of the unit. Battery life seems to be okay, you can play for a few hours before it needs a charge. It has a couple of knobs for volume and effects, so you do have control capability. The amp is fun to use, functional and a good value for what it costs. If you’re looking for a small, portable practice amp, this is a good choice and will handle the task well.

This little amp is exactly as advertised. It is fun, charges pretty quickly and lasts longer on a charge than you'll ever need. I do not treat it as an amp because I usually plug it into my Martin acoustic-electric and use it as an effect. I was actually sitting with other guitar players a few evenings ago and they started to notice that _my_ guitar had reverb. 😉 Everybody wanted to try it! Also, as one comment mentioned, it is capable of producing feedback if you turn the volume up (and angle it toward the guitar body). IMO, this is not a negative at all! It is very controllable and it's is great fun when playing something like Neil Young where an edgy sounding acoustic really captures the feeling! I love playing an acoustic song but being able to hold a note until it edges on feedback when I want it to. It will not make you heard over other loud music. But you will be happy using it on an acoustic or electric if you just want to sit down and practice/play. The reverb and fuzz effects are minimal but work nicely. Update: After having this a few months, I am enjoying it even more. You nan use the Bluetooth to stream a isolated drum track while you play and you're a one man band! (or one woman band, right?!) Pretty cool!

Powerful amp with a great sound that is big enough to carry quite far. Would perform well in a big room. HzS

Very good for practicing before a gig or at home. I was very impressed with the sound of the amp. I only gave (3) stars due to the fact that this amp only has (3) different tones, but it’s a very good device and fun to use.

This review may be premature. I opened up the box and didn't even charge the amp. I just plugged it into my guitar and started playing, so I don't know how long it will last on a charge. But as for the sound, I was immediately hooked. It gives you just enough volume to play an intimate living room concert without blowing everybody away. Imagine electric guitar sound qualities with acoustic volume. This gadget has three sound levels - clean, kind of grungy, and super grungy. It's great for practicing. Not having to slog any amps or hook up any cords is a plus. Given the size and convenience, the sound is incredible. And since it's small enough to fit inside your case with the guitar, if you have multiple guitars, at this price it's worth it to buy more than one. Part 2 : One problem with the mini amp - eventually, it will need to be recharged. I got about an hour's play out of mine before the red light started blinking. It recharges pretty quickly but at this price why wait? Buy two. Trust me, it's worth it. Update: I went to bed and forgot to turn the mini amp off. 9 hours later I noticed the lights are still on. I picked up the guitar and just started playing! Winner!

Great for guitar lover who lives in apartment because it isn’t too loud and doesn’t take up much space. Perfect for an audience in the living room.

I haven't tried it yet on my lap steel, but everything looks like it should. Thanks for the prompt delivery. Update. I tried it today and it has a surprisingly impressive volume! Slide notes are clear, crisp and bring volume to life.

Muy buen equipo, súper portable, la batería dura bastante tiempo, buen volumen, como se quemó mi amplificador Yamaha, ahora conecto este mini ampli a mi pedalera Mooer GE150 y con eso tengo para pasarme un rato agradable tocando la guitarra, mientras ahorro para comprar uno más grande 👍👍
