So, my 5-year-old boy had a bit of a mishap – took a tumble off the monkey bars and ended up with a broken elbow. We needed a good arm sling to keep him protected during recovery, and I grabbed this one in XX-Small. First thing, the fit for him was just right (he's 5, and the XX-Small worked well). The wide shoulder strap made a huge difference for his comfort. What really made this sling a hit was the little mini pocket. He'd stash a snack bar or some of his favorite stickers in there, which made the whole experience a tiny bit more fun for him. It's those small details that help when a kid's going through something tough. After six long weeks, he's finally all healed up and back to his usual energetic self. This sling definitely did its job protecting his arm and keeping him comfortable through it all. If your little one ever needs a reliable and comfortable arm sling, I'd absolutely recommend this one.

It’s high quality, so easy to use, fits his arm perfectly, is comfortable for him to wear all day every day (6 weeks, but he does take it off for sleeping), and stays on the best out of the four different slings we’ve tried.

This sling was great for my 4 yr old. The quality is so much better than the hospital and drug store slings. Easy to take on and off. The padding is nice and comfy and breathable. Loved the little pocket for an ice pack. The support was great and he loved the bright color blue.

Worked well for my four year old! Loved the adjustable strap and seemed to be comfortable for my little one. We primarily used this one in the water since it was a breathable material. Side note- just a tip for littles getting a shirt on and off. Get a tank top like pictured and cut the shoulder, sew on a button on one side and cut a slit on the other. This was a life saver!!!

This sling worked very well for 5.5 year old with distal humerus fracture (that required surgery) She likes the color and it helps with the weight of the cast. It has a pocket that a cold or hot pack can go in (although she didn’t use it) I bought 2 since she will have the cast on for over a month. Comfortable and so much better than the slings the hospital gave her.

SO much better than the sling they gave us at the ER when our daughter broke her radius and ulna. The other one rubbed her little neck, and this one is padded, and breathable and comfortable. Our girl is 6 and was thrown from a horse. This made life a little easier during a hard time.

This worked well as our post shower sling. 3 year old needed a stabilizing strap around his torso, but this was a good sling for him to wear while his other one was being washed. This sling was easily washable and dried quickly. The shoulder strap was very soft and the strap clip was heavy duty and stayed strongly clipped.
