Versatile, Solid, and Built for Serious Training
The **Veimia V Bar Landmine Handle Attachment** has quickly become one of my favorite additions to my home gym. It’s incredibly **versatile and strong**, perfect for T-bar rows, landmine presses, and rotational core work. The **double D row handle grips** are solid and well-spaced, giving me excellent control and comfort during lifts. The **non-slip rubber grips** are a standout feature — they feel secure even when my hands get sweaty, and they reduce wrist strain during heavy pulls. The attachment fits snugly onto my Olympic barbell with no wobble, and the overall construction feels heavy-duty and reliable. I’ve used it for rows, presses, twists, and even some creative split stance movements. It handles everything without flexing or shifting. Whether you're training for strength, hypertrophy, or functional movement, this handle delivers. **Highly recommended for lifters who want to expand their landmine training with a durable, ergonomic attachment. Great value and performance.**

Extremely comfortable and well made
This thing should honestly be a staple in every gym. The grip feels really natural in the hands—the ergonomic design makes it easy to hold onto, even during heavy sets. Once you use it, you realize how versatile it is. Rows feel smoother, and it opens up a lot of different training options. Solid build, no slipping, and the rubber grips make a big difference. Definitely worth having if you’re serious about strength training.

Works Great !
This is a great item for doing standing back rows. The handle grips the bar so it doesn't slide when in use. Fits all bar sizes and very easy to use

Awesome, except....
I would've given this a five if the fasteners didn't keep coming loose. Not that big a deal that blue thread locker can't fix.

Sturdy
Nice handle attachment. I like how it can be used in a bar and then turned around and used with a cable. Coating looks like it will last. Very sturdy. Great value for the money.

Does the Job
I find that it doesn't quite clamp on the bar with a great grip unless you are applying pressure to the handles inward to make it stay clamped. Otherwise, the handle will slide down the bar when doing landmine rows, making it a little difficult (potentially dangers) to do the lift. It Does work just fine as a cable attachment and I also set it over my pull up bar for a close grip alternative.
