Not happy as I did order the white but was sent the black and the phone it`s self is very slow as too boot up and the downloading is even slower even a snail could move faster and the battery is very slow as to charge up but fast as to run down and the WIFI has a problem as I can stand by the router and hardly any signal pick up BUT a waring as to the charger as it`s on for so long due too the slow charging the charger dose get hot not warm but very hot as I did find out when the battery did eventually charge up as I had to let the charger cool down before I did pull the charger from the socket so be warned do not charge the phone up over night and go to bed...

This is a lovely phone it is very simple and easy to get used to its a nice colour its new with instructions which are very important

I bought this entry level smart phone for my 11yr old son, his not a big Moblie user so this works for us ! Battery lasts him days without a charge in between (his on internet Low user) the look of the phone is nice Quality also the phone isn’t to hard to work with . I say it’s not really suited to adults who use Moblie’s like iPhone and Samsung as it’s not going to work for a tech happy person who needs more. This phone is Windows system only so download google to use as app ect

struggled to get the back off to insert battery etc, when I eventually managed to get back off, only to find my sim card was too small to fit the slot. hence why I returned it.

When the phone arrived it was dirty. I was not happy about that, plus you are unable to pre listen to your ring tones before selecting your final choice.

Brilliant phone just like brand new works perfect very pleased wife loves it definitely recommend

Value for money and with window 10 easy to use.
