Easy install
Perfect replacement. Works well, easy to set up, and finally off the to do list. Wish I got it earlier as it was much simpler to swap than expected.

Works but does not beep and missing screws
Replaced an old liftmaster brand keypad. It is a much better value than the brand name one. This generic keypad is a bit larger so I had to move it further away from the garage door for the lid to swing open. The backlight is red where the old liftmaster backlight was green. The other reviews mention a beep, but my unit does not beep. I am not sure if they changed the product but mine does not beep. Everything else seems to work. In the box I got instructions, the batter pre-installed, and the keypad itself. It did not come with mounting screens or hardware like advertised.

Update
After jumping thru hoops trying to match up with the opener I got it to go up and down but always having to use the full code every time. I would install the one number close feature and it would only work 1 cycle. Went back to a complete factory reset twice with the same results. I am keeping it because my old one doesn't work at all. I'll use just for emergency use. I purchased some small key fob units from amazon at 3 for $11.00 that work great and install in seconds. Just carry one in my pocket while walking and put another on my mower key ring. Also the battery was dead when it arrived. I should have paid more attention to the ratings before buying.UPDATE--Changed my rating to 4 stars after customer service contacted me two times to make the situation right and all unsolicited. Very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you

IT WORKS !!
I recommend this to anyone who may have an older opener with dip switches and no learn buttonI purchased 2 different genie’s keypads that didn’t work with my genie opener (even tho it was listed as compatible)They were more than double the price of this one.Long story short after hours of trying to get them to work I purchased this keypad and had it operating within 10 minutes

Good opener that works with 9 Pin Dip Switch Opener
This is a good opener once you figure out how to program it. Worked with my early 90s 9 switch dip switch opener. I was even able to program it to work with the two garage door openers. The programming instructions are wrong so read this if you want to program it successfully.1. Hold Program+Up/Down button for 5 seconds to factory reset. Will beep and flash green 3 times.2. Enter a new 3 to 8 digit pin3. Press up/down button (LED Flashes Slowly)4. Enter opener type. (3 for 9 dip switch, 4 for 12 dip switch) (LED flashes Rapidly)5. Enter 9 or 12 digit code of 1s and 2s. 1 for up. 2 for down.6. Press Up/Down button and programming is complete. Wait for light to stop blinking.

Times out after... 10 seconds
My original Chamberlain remote garage opener was smart that when I opened the garage from within my garage and stepped out, all I needed to close the garage on the remote opener was to press "enter."This will not allow you to do that. In fact, you can put in the code to open it, but after 10 or so seconds, if you do not press the "enter" to close it, it times out. Meaning you have to input the whole code again and press enter. It's a bit annoying. So this is not like the OEM part. It will do its job, but the function is not 100% the same.
