Wires melted and lights blew
This is the second lamp I've bought the first time I thought I had it for a while and just wouldn't work, but I've had this new one since June and it's stopped working again and it's blew the lights inside and melted wires. Definitely won't be recommending it to anyone.

Small heat lamp
Great little lamp, ideal for a temporary heat source until my tortoise gets into his outdoor run with full spectrum lamps

The bulbs provided are not UVB
The lamp it's self it fantastic. However the bulbs provided are not uvb as I have tested them with my uvb detection cards they turn purple in the presence of uvb lThis can be detrimental to anyone keeping reptiles ect, thinking that thier pet has the correct lighting.

After reading reviews I bought this for my young non-hibernating tortoise. It is fab for her small tortoise table. Lights can be switched on together or individually. Three dimmable light settings. Time settings and incredibly easy to use.

Bulbs blue after 3 days
3 bulbs have got too hot and blown after on a phew days the bulbs should be stronger at least because it's my tortoises only source of true heat for his shell and well being

Blowing up
Lights keep blowing, melting wires. Last one I brought 3 weeks ago. Has already blew. I have to keep buying them as they just keep breaking

Uitermate slecht product. Stekker ging niet eens de stekkerdoos in en brak al. Nog nooit heb ik meegemaakt een stekker die uit elkaar valt, maar dit product is zo gammel dat het me niet verbaasd.

La lampe fonctionne parfaitement. Comme c’est arrivé à certains, une des ampoules ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai contacté le vendeur qui a effectué un remboursement. Donc le SAV est très bien.
