It tastes good I like it it’s healthy

Those are my absolute favorite snacks. They come pre-packaged and they're only 30 calories each. They're definitely worth the price. They have a long shelf life. Even though mine don't last long. I don't like salty food and I don't put salt on my food. I don't find these salty at all. But some people might. Your fingers will get a little messy. Especially if you lick them. Like I do. I don't notice any kind of smell at all. I'm not looking for one either. So it could be different for some people. Not to mention that they're absolutely delicious. I've ordered them more than once. I keep them in my nightstand in case I get hungry. It's the perfect snack, the perfect portion, it's low calorie and they're delicious!! I can't find anything better and I don't even bother to look. Whole Foods had them on sale so I bought 6 packs of them. They didn't last long. The notable saltiness in the Sea Salt variety was nice but a later purchase had me looking for the salt. It's a bit inconsistent between lots. There is a salt water scent to them, I wouldn't call it fishy, as some have said. When a fish smells like fish, its not fresh anymore. Fresh fish has no smell. Yes, you will sea oil on anything that touches them, its part of the process. Just keep a napkin handy. Seaweed is a fantastic superfood that should not be feared to try, they are delicious and habit forming. Much better than chips or crackers to snack on. I've had other brands but I enjoy the gimME brand the best for flavor and saltiness(not heavy but light saltiness). There are far worse things you can eat but these are also healthy. Note: If you are sensitive to iodine, or have a thyroid health issue, ask your doctor before eating ANY seaweed snack. They do contain iodine, a necessary nutrient for a normal metabolism. Also, even if its normal, be careful not to over indulge too frequently, as the iodine can cause other issues if you consume too much of it. Otherwise, ENJOY!

Well, this is good stuff! I love thay it is thin, full of flavor not too salty, & isn't overly fishy smell to me. The size of the package is easy to toss in my purse & go. I like knowing that it is organic & the value for the amount & being organic is a good price. I was craving it so much that I figured my body must be in need of one of the ingredients. This really kick started me wanting to be healthier after craving it so much. I know that isn't for everyone but my health condition has a high potential of being low in the iodine & omega 3.

Absolutely love these! They are great snacks that my kids can easily grab and place into their schoolbags and not have to worry about them breaking open.
