I love this! Add a mixed berry yogurt and a bit of milk and it is so yummy! I saw a difference in my energy level within a few days and I had better focus! I love this stuff! Just make sure you blend it well with ice because it doesn’t dissolve right away and can end up settling at the bottom.

I bought the elderberry flavor and tried mixing it in with almond milk, then I tried it with water and crushed ice and finally with Greek vanilla flavored yogurt. I have to say that I loved all three combinations. It has a sweet taste at first and then a tartness at the end. It can have a gritty texture but I have found that if it’s blended thoroughly with the base of choice, the grittiness is gone. I feel like I want to get up and go after I use it and hope that I will experience increased benefits from it in the long run. I plan on buying it again!

I've tried many, but many, different healthy food blends, and this one by far tastes the best! Other than that, don't really see benefits towards these types of products on the health side.

I love It, it makes me feel so good. I have been using it for 3 years. i found it out Grocery Outlet for $10, they have it all the time. I plan to buy it there.. I bought it when it was on sale for $15, now asking $20. Come on its hard time for people.

I am glad purchased and ignored the "-" reviews; sure it doesn;t taste like your' moms kool-aid; or that $-bucks 2,000 cal. iced mocha latte deluxe...quit the whining and just yak it down...few seconds and done...I am on anabolic diet and the 3g carbs is perfect and I get more greens to offset the 5 days weekly defecit. Gotta give this 1 a highly recommend for the "grown-ups"
