Accurate description

I bought these for my husband in June and he informed me today they have already ripped out. So 3 months and his feet hurt all 3 months.

These are super comfy work shoes, great for working outside, construction work, riding a motorcycle, or hiking. Because of this rock hard steel toe you would not want to have your toes pushing against it. Size them up. Everywhere else they are soft and comfy, really all day walking shoe! I do not find them especially heavy, heavy if you compare them to running sneakers, but not if you compare them to work shoes. I walked in them and noticed no difference in weight to my other waterproof shoes or work boots. I think the only upgrade I may do is to put gel soles inside for added arch support and comfort. The toe box feels like you can hit anything and it will protect your toes in any situation. These shoes are surprisingly well made and I find nothing really to fault them for. For $44 you are getting a quality shoe with amazing protection at a great price!

This shoe has excellent appearance and it is super lightweight compared to other steel toe work shoes. The steel toe is firm, feels thicker than most, yet it doesn't occasionally dig into my toes like my Reebok Guide or Skechers work shoes do. Fitment is 100% exact for my wide feet so not a half size too big or too small. The shoe is also quite breathable so there is less sweaty stinky feet. There is only one negative, but I'm not going to knock a star for it because the manufacturer was very clear about the soles being polyurethane. Reason this won't work well for everyone, is that polyurethane does not have the strong grip of rubber soles and polyurethane soles are more likely to cause static electricity. Other than the sole material, this shoe is an excellent value that is very well crafted.
