Good Value High Quality Basket and included T- Adapter
I picked this rack mostly because it came with a bracket to make it compatible with my bike, and it had good reviews. I originally wasnβt going to get the basket, but I decided it was high quality and I might want it later. The basket is well-made, works great, and I realized it makes the rack much more useful. It fits the collapsible grocery bags I already had perfectly. I can also easily carry two locks now. It is set up nice for clip on saddle bags, but I'll probably pass on those since I can throw a backpack in the basket and take it with me when I lock the bike up. It took less than an hour to assemble. It was fairly easy, slight unclear instruction on mounting the to SS rails to the rack and I had a couple of screws and nuts left over, which made me wonder if I missed something. The 50 lb weight limit is fine, since with my weight, that maxes out the limit of my bike. It seems very well made.

Best Bike Modification
I bought the version without a basket as the flatter surface allows for more customization, including making my own basket to fit my specific needs. This thing is an absolute game changer if you're looking to transport anything on a bike. It's highly functional, installs easily, and there's plenty of places to hook bungee cords or tie some string to hold anything down. There is even some convenient spacing between the end rails to fit a few nuts and bolts (with washers) if you wanted to afix a milk crate, a larger flat surface, or anything else really. That seems to be a happy accident versus part of the design, but I'll take the W. I haven't needed to max out the weight rating, but I've easily had anything from 30lbs of weight in a backpack (using some scrap plywood and those nuts and bolts mentioned before) to a few pizza boxes (without any modification) and never lost anything, even on some poorly paved roads. It's been strong and steady for a few years now. I haven't done this yet, but you could easily clip some larger bags to the side, but I'd again suggest some scrap material to keep straps from getting caught in spokes. Instead, I currently have a handle bar bag on one side for roadside repairs plus other small accessories along with a thick cable and my heavy d-locks on the other side (one for my quick release front wheel and one for the bike frame). It only takes losing one bike to take security seriously, even if it's a crappy bike!

solid rack that gets the job done - minor issues
This is a solid rack that comes with a basket which is nice (and saves a bit of money). The instructions are a little difficult to follow because they don't show the details of which directions the bolts go (vs the nuts) and which specific holes to use (could use some zoomed in pictures). But, it's not very difficult to figure out so not that bit a deal. It would be better if the basket had a quick release mechanism so it could be removed quickly. As it is, you need to unscrew 4 small bolds with nuts. I'd prefer having the rack mounted and adding the basket only when I need to use it (as opposed to leaving it on all the time).

Great quality and function. Buy with confidence.
It attached perfectly. The lower mounting holes on my mountain bike are 5 1/2" apart measured from the outside. I thought they might be too far apart for this to fit properly, and it fit just fine. I bought a second one for my other mountain bike. The rack is designed and built really well. The welds are excellent quality. The basket attachment is just the right size to be practical, and it goes on and off easily with just an allen wrench. It's a very strong rack that's very functional. I highly recommend this rack.

Great rack and basket ππΌ
After some alterations and having to buy longer screws at Lowe's, my husband was able to make it work. He did an awesome job! The rack is great and the basket is very sturdy not a cheap flimsy foldable one. It came with a bungee netting to keep your items secure. I was able to fit a decent size bag with my pocketbook inside of it into the basket and then used the netting so nothing would pop out. Great combination, best deal out there! If you buy them separately the price is astronomical! The basket itself cost as much as this combination. Highly recommend!

Nice sturdy rack/basket combo for good price
I don't write a lot of reviews, but this one is worthy because this bike rack is a great value. I was pleased with the sturdy components. The rack was simple to assemble to the bike, and the basket was easy to attach to the rack. My only problem was I sheared off one of the one-inch cap screws attaching a support post to a rear eyelet. That was really my fault using an impact screwdriver with too much torque setting. Overall nice product.

Good product, terrible instructions
Good product thus far. Fits my cooler perfectly and seems to be mostly solid for how lightweight it is. Insrallation instructions are horrendous. I basically put it all together and then took it apart and redid it to adjust a few things. 1) my bike frame is wide so I mounted the side attachments on the outside of the top rack, rather than the inside like the instructions show. 2) to make it level, I needed to adjust the 2 pieces that mount to the frame under the seat. Order doesn't really matter, just know that you use the 2 big black screws to attach it to the frame by the wheel. The 4 medium screws attach the side panels to the top panel and the small screws are for everything else. Only use the long silver screw if you need the t bar adapter. That should help. Good luck, and don't let the poor installation I steuctions deter you from buying this product, once it's installed, seems good!

BEST bike accessory mistake, EVER!?... Great CXWXC rear bike rack well designed, excellent quality, black aluminium, shiny steel support struts, extra 'T' shaped fixing plate* & plenty of nuts/bolts left over (very useful if any become loose/lost) the rack is a DIY self build product, that was my BEST mistake, ever! Once I regained my composure because yours truly didn't realise this is a flat pack rack i.e. not constructed as one piece but several, gulp!... However, compared to the alternative options I'd researched in depth, this was excellent value for money, bonus prize was an Amazon/seller's 'lightning discount' offer at the time (August 2025) the cost was a no-brainer and it was easily assembled within an hour or so. Attaching the DIY built rack to the bike took no time at all, for anyone with basic knowledge & DIY skills it's a very straightforward process, afterall, it's not rocket science folks, it's only a bicycle rear rack. No doubt you will have some tweaking issues but that's also the fun of it plus the satisfaction you will feel with a job well done with a sturdy, solid and robust rack that looks the business in black, ok spray it your own colour if you must, personally the contrast with midnight blue is what this rider wanted! The manufacturer has really thought about the needs of bicycle owners and has provided plenty of nuts & bolts + spacers (washers) & an additional fixing plate that enables this rack to be attached to most common types of bike frames, the whole kit is really well thought out and I am super happy with the result! Good choice by this seller to stock such a versatile, well designed and excellent value for money product. I did consider the other option available that comes with a dedicated 'basket' style cage-crate thingy that would be very practical but in my humble opinion, too ugly for the aesthetic consideration going on in my head, probably wished I'd got that instead next time an elasticated bungee cord slips off my improvised solutions... nevva' mind, ay! that's the joy of riding a bike, what's not to like! π΅ββοΈπποΈπ€ΈββοΈ

Received yesterday and impressed with the quality. Perhaps a tad heavy but not bad. Height adjustment is excellent. Managed to fit this to a 700c gravel bike using a through axle fitting. Needed to widen the bolt holes by drilling through but easy enough to do and the only alternative I could find was an Ortleib Quick Rack XL which was three times the price. Great value item.
