I have purchased these noodles numerous times. I am not GF but the wife is celiac. That being said, I am the one who is always pushing for ramen. Our grandson is a chef and spent years working in ramen restaurants so we have great recipes. These still make the meal for me. Ramen broth is not a quick and easy meal, so the wife makes a large batch and freezes pre measured broth. We usually get six meals per broth batch. As good as the broth is, the noodles still make the meal, great texture and taste. I can’t believe they are gf. Only downside is Amazon runs out frequently so when they are available I purchase whether we are low or not.

Omg I am so happy with these noodles! Yes there are no directions but my 12yo had no issues figuring out how to cook them. It's not that hard ya'll. They had a wonderful chew to them. They were hearty and delicious. Nice texture and taste. I'm so happy to find such a delicious ramen noodles that is gluten free! 🥰

Thankfully, the workers who packed my ramen were kind along with the drivers and they arrived intact. I did notice the instructions weren't included as previously noted, but thankfully there was a picture in the description above with instructions. I followed the instructions and added them to some tonkotsu base I had bought at my local Korean market, along with my usual fixings of jammy egg, wood ear mushrooms and scallions with some red pepper ramen spice. I thought that the portion size of 3oz with all the add ins was fine, it's comparable to the Ichiran kits I've bought before. No one will ever mistake this for real ramen but the taste wasn't bad and the texture was okay. It did make a nice change from the buckwheat noodles I had been using. All in all I did enjoy my bowl of ramen and I will happily eat the rest.

By far the best gluten free ramen I have had. The chewiness of the noodles are very similar to regular wheat ramen noodles. Unlike some brands, the noodles are long and perfect to slurp as you would while eating ramen. The noodles don't break apart or crumble. I've been missed eating ramen since I developed gluten sensitivity so this product is a great replacement! Thank you Gluten Free Meister!

I bought this product twice (the first order was never delivered, "suspected lost," and I can't get a refund because it's a food product), so I've paid over $4.50 per serving to try it. Definitely not worth that price point, nor better than the Lotus brand rice ramen I can get in the grocery store. Pros: Individually packaged without a soup base packet (which I never use), vegan, and gluten free ramen noodles. Cons: The package comes with no cooking instructions. The Amazon page says 4-5 minutes, but the photo of the back of a package that has a label (this product has none) says 5-6 minutes. Unfortunately, these noodles go from inedible to slimy in about 30 seconds, somewhere between 5 and 6 minutes of cooking time. As soon as they're cooked through, they clump and take on a grainy, gluey texture. It's not possible to eat them with chopsticks or get a good "slurp" from a bowl of broth. Their flavor is acceptable if you can get over the texture. I plan to try using the remainder of this package for Dandan noodles. They would definitely not work for anything like chow mein or yakisoba due to the clumping.
