Have had no issues up till now. Picture quality is excellent. Two HDMI port is an added bonus. The size fits my workflow. Speaker volume is low, it is to be expect though, since it's only a 3 watt speaker. Brightness adjusts well with the environment. Overall I am satisfied with functioning and quality of the monitor.

I purchased the BenQ GW2790 monitor, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. On the first day itself, I noticed serious screen bleeding from the top-left corner, which is clearly visible, especially on dark or black screens. On top of that, the monitor also has a dead pixel, which is completely unacceptable for a brand-new product. What makes the situation even worse is the replacement policy. As per their policy, replacement is not available for such issues. They only consider physical damages, and problems like screen bleeding or dead pixels are ignored, even though these are clear manufacturing defects. This reflects very poor quality control and an unfair after-sales policy. Buying a new monitor and facing such issues on day one, with no replacement support, is extremely frustrating. ❌ Screen bleeding from day one ❌ Dead pixel present ❌ Replacement not available for display defects ❌ Poor quality control and policy Strongly NOT recommended. Cons: ❌ Adapter Issue: The included power adapter does not fit standard Indian plug points, so you need to buy a separate adapter, which is inconvenient. ❌ Not Ideal for Hardcore Gamers: Since this is a 27-inch monitor with 1920x1080p resolution, the pixel density (PPI) isn't great. Text and visuals can feel slightly stretched out. If you're a serious gamer, I recommend going for the 24-inch variant for better sharpness and clarity.
