The package arrived broken The treatment is PAINFUL, long and there is an EXTRA STEPS that other treatments do not need! (Rinse the product after straightening and dry the hair again!) I’ve done many treatments in the past using several other brands and this is by far the worst. The result was TERRIBLE! Even when I followed every step to the dot the result was mediocre. NOT STRAIGHT as expected and the hair is DAMAGED. There are two boxes. I needed only one. I will throw to the bin the remaining second box as this is a waste of my time and my hair looks horrible now. Do. Not. Buy.

Il prodotto è conse velocemente e ben confezionato completo di tutto ciò che è descritto in confezione. Il procedimento è lungo e può produrre un fastidioso odore persistente sia in casa che nei capelli. Non sciupa la capigliatura, ma schiarisce di due toni il colore. Inizialmente il risultato è più soddisfacente poi con il tempo permane l'aspetto senza crespo senza però essere liscissimi. Mi accontento perché il prezzo è buono, non sciupa i capelli e toglie a abbastanza il crespo. L'ho già ricomprato più volte. Lo consiglio.

C'est la 3 ème fois que je commande ce produit, alors j'ai supprimé mon premier commentaire pour réévaluer le produit. Alors d'après mon expérience les points forts du produit sont : 1/ produit enrichi de kératine 2/ produit ne pique pas 3/ produit qui n'agresse pas ni les cheveux ni la chevelure 4/ donne une légèreté, souplesse, brillance des cheveux 5/ adapté aux cheveux colorés ou traités au henné comme mes cheveux 6/ produit sans formol 7/ produit qui tient bien avec le temps 8/ un lissage parfait Produit tout simplement extraordinaire
