This is a good product, very easy to connect with the Tuya App and WiFi. Previously, I got a likely counterfeited product of this on Amazon (it looks almost the same as this one) and could not connect to the WiFi and Tuya. Finally, the genuine product is very easy for Tuya.

Installation was straightforward. The price was significantly lower than my target purchase. It's a direct replacement offering double the functionality. My only complant would be, the touchpad's performance in extreme cold.

I have the controller installed and operating my gate. The Wifi is pretty weak but I installed another AP outside to carry farther even though every other device at the same distance does not have a problem. However the lack of controls and customizability is extremely lack luster. Especially for all the different use cases you can use this access control key pad on. I thought this device would let me do much more than just lock and unlock. At the least let me choose the length of password. 6 digits is way to much for my use case. I also would have liked to be able to trigger different responses through tuya so depending on which code it is changes the signal it sends. Hopefully there is a tuya update soon that allows you to do more with the lock. At least let me change the welcome screen with a custom message.

NOTE: This requires a controller system to work in a home or business. As a former security expert I am familiar with the systems this might work with but did not have one in my home or business this is compatible with. Thus I was unable to test BUT I do LOVE the TUYA lock we do have. I would recommend this IF you have a system it works with. Read the whole description before ordering it.
