If you are debating buying, buy it and stick with it. I have been struggling with PCOS for years even had an emergency surgery because of a 25cm cyst. This has helped me so much. I feel better, acne is almost never here, my periods are back. Even losing weight too. I feel great definitely worth it! Effective.

Love this. Really helped with ovulating. You do have to use it for a few months to notice a difference. Only downside is the table size.

Bought as my regular brand of Myo-Inositol was out of stock, after taking for a month my periods are no longer regulated and symptoms have returned so I will be going back to a different brand.

Can't put into words what these have done for me!!!!
