I don't know how they sew the pouch, but it is more comfortable than other enhanced-pouch underwear I have. The seams and the shape fit just right, providing great support while lifting your man parts slightly forward and upward, so they don't get squeezed by your legs no matter you are standing, sitting or exercising. And I love the two pockets on each side of the underwear -- one for your phone and the other for your keys. I appreciate the amount of thought being put into this design. Am definitely buying more!A slight critique: they shipped the wrong color. I ordered grey camo and they shipped navy. I didn't return it, because I happen to like navy color too. But they should pay more attention.

I bought these pants to use as long underwear on cold days. The pants work very well for that purpose. These also work well as lounge pants around the house. The pockets sewn into the legs are nice touches, but your cell phone would have to be very small to fit. I would question using these as exercise or yoga pants in mixed sessions. The ample pouch leaves little to the imagination as to what it holds. Having said that, I appreciate the ample pouch room. It allows the extra room for comfort. Highly recommended.

Excellent layer for cold days. Fit was great and these support you very well unlike other types of tights.

These are very comfortable although it could have a bit more compression. The pouch is super large which some may like and even if I filled the pouch I feel they'd be too revealing unless you use them as a baselayer. Would be better if they had different pouch sizes and a way to make them a bit less revealing in the crouch. They are fine as underwear.

I was looking for comfortable leggings to wear as a base layer. These leggings by Real Men are absolutely the best I have found and worth the money. I first bought a size "Small" but found the length was a little too long for me (5'10") while the waist was fine. I next bought a size "X-Small" and the length was perfect and there is enough elasticity in the legs and waist and the amount of compression is still great.

Glad to finally see someone wasn't shy about making a long John for men's anatomy. Most makers of clothing threat this area as if it doesn't exist with flat panels or hardly any cupping at all to fit properly. I tried these in the D pouch and while they are a complimentary fit, I don't think my package is quite that big, so I'm going to try it in the B pouch. I will amend this review when I get them. Am now going to try the boxer briefs since I like the long John. The only two things I would tweak is giving them slightly higher rise in the rear and starting the pouch seam about another quarter inch to 3/8 inch further back into the crotch so the seam doesn't sit right at the base of the scrotum. But, other than the Obviously brand underwear (which seem to be out of business now) , these are the best fitting mens underwear I've had. I've tried several. Some are gimmicky and don't quite deliver. These are real and don't feel gimmicky or poorly made. XXL fit me fine, other than the slight rise issue for the rear, I'm a 38 to 40 waist, 5' 10" 260 lb big boy and finding clothes that fit well is a challenge. The material could be just a bit softer and not feel so much like nylon, but i do realize modals are softer and tear more easily, so maybe this fabric is a good choice to make the long john more durable. They will work well under jeans, they shouldnt bind. The Real Men brand fits. While the D pouch is a bit much for me, I find it's not too big, like I said, I'm going to try the B pouch and let you guys know. I consider myself slightly above average for package size, but not a monster, either. So hopefully this review will be helpful to some guys out there trying to make a similar good call about what he buys. I'm sure many like me have a hard time finding the right fit. It's about time mens anatomy is taken more seriously, like women's bras are. I hope this small company makes new paths forward in mens underwear. I like what they've done so far.

Great for exercise and very comfortable. Some people would say these aren’t supportive, but they keeps things separated and in place and that’s the support I’m looking for. Doesn’t squash things down like other leggings.Wouldn’t necessarily keeps you warm in winter because it’s not thermal insulated but might help as an extra layer.Very smooth feeling and gives you the feeling of wearing nothing at all.
