Kissimmee Special Fish Breading (AKA Ditch Pickle Dust) is the best fish fry breading I have ever used. The Cornmeal and corn flour base plus perfect seasoning is balanced and fries up so crispy (exactly how I love it)!You can use it on pork chops and shrimp! Yummy!

We had a camp fish fry and compared 5 different leading fish breading products. Kissimmee Special won hands down! It is the best tasting with just the right kick to not be overbearing.I have also used this on fish, pork tenderloins, and pork chops all in an air frier. Everything comes out crisp with a great flavor no matter how you fry it.

This is the best fish breading on the market! It manages to bring flavor to the fish with a light coating of breading and not overpowering the flavor of the fish. This is not a spicy breading, but brings a great balanced flavor. I have tried on Crappie and Tilapia and both were 2nd to none. This has replace all other breading I have previously used and will be the only one I use from here out! If you are looking for spice, add a little cayenne pepper, or utilize some hot sauce once cooked.

Shown are lightly fried crappie filets coated with Kissimmee Special fish breading. Man they were good! All you need to do is pat a light coating onto moist fish filets, and fry in a skillet. The fish breading is cornmeal based and has just enough seasonings to let the fish flavor shine through. Great as a topping on baked salmon as well. Get you some!

I followed these guys on TikTok for a while now and they mentioned about there new fish breeding so I decided to order me some. It was some of the best breeding I’ve had and I use Andy’s. It was so darn good I recommend it to a few co workers they ordered some and they loved it as well.

The best stuff out there by far!! Other breading I’ve tried needed some stuff added but not this breading! It’s absolutely delicious!! They got it right the first time!! Can’t wait to use it on other foods besides fish. It’s that good!!!!
