These are so good, I found they haven't just helped with relief from inflammation, they do really help with digestion too! I'm very happy with these and will be buying them regularly, it is literally only cayenne pepper extract and nothing else, apart from ofc the capsules - vegetarian capsules made of hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose. I've found... I've become rather addicted to them, they almost have a spiceyness... but they won't be too spicy, if you can't handle spice.. probably do you good if you can't handle spice because your stomach is getting used to the acids within the spice, I can handle spice myself but I don't consume enough spice, lovely after taste, love taste. What I love the absolute most about these tablets is the proper filthy farts you get from these too! Stinking everyone out with your amazing fire bum, incredible! Just sit there, don't pull any faces, don't give your game away, honestly soooooo much fun! 🤣 I'm so immature I don't care haha Purchased on 23rd January, it's now 8th March - my update is thati have lost a whole stone, I have been intentionally eating less and haven't had as much alcohol compared to what I had before using this product so I can't 100% say I lost a stone from just taking these but I say te product is a great helper for the weight decrease!

Average size capsules that are easy to swallow and don't have any particular smells or flavour to put you off. The composition looks good but it will take a while to see effects. So far no issues seem like a good supplement. Nothing particularly negative about them as they are as described

I have cayenne pepper in powder and use it for cooking. However, the pills are useful for a quick intake, when being in a hurry. Cayenne pepper has a blood thinning effect.

No taste ( which is good) super fast delivery, good quality & excellent value for money, so much so I ordered another bottle a couple days later.

I ended up losing 1kg in a week with out any doing any working out and with this i dont feel hungry in the evenings any more I take 2 before lunch and 2 before my dinner and have never had any burning sensation

Another waste of money, didn't do anything.
