I did a lot of research before buying this one. I wanted something that can support the bag and be sturdy, but also easy to mount. This hanger fit in one stud, so you do not need to do any extra steps, the bolts are good quality, and it is adjustable. Exactly what I wanted.

For the price this is a 5 star product. I installed it on my power rack holding a 60lb bag. No issue at all. Strong and stable.

Great solid built product, was not able to use because of the lack of beams in the wall.

Sturdy mount, even with the arm fully extended and an 80 lb. bag attached.

Love it but it. Perfect for a small gym space. I bought these back almost 2 years ago and they are in perfect condition. I have run classes with 2 people on bag and it stays intact.
