Absolutely wonderful machine, Pays to read the manual, that way it works perfectly! Follow all instructions like correct bobbins, threading, etc. The sellers seem more than willing to work with you and walk you through troubles you may have. Very happy I bought it.

This machine is so user friendly. The manual is written so even a novice will have success. I have sewed for years and this machine will be my retreat machine. The Embroidery side is very easy to use and it will connect to Wi fi.

If it doesn’t work, it’s more than likely NOT threaded correctly… You Must have the machine on to thread the machine and especially to pick up #4… other than that, it works like a dream!! Lisa was VERY kind and directed me to a Gentleman who was Very Patient and Kind and Quickly helped me with my issue!! Thank You SO much!!! 😊

This machine is perfect for the amateur and professional. It comes with all the necessary stitches and those extra that you did not know you needed. It has the capability to embroider and any designs that you create can be saved using the USB that is provided. It runs quietly but handles the thickest of fabric. Many tools that you hope are included, are. I would give it 5 stars!

I love this machine. It sews through multiple layers easily. The first project I completed with this machine was quilting and binding a quilt. This is my first embroidery machine, so I did research on how to operate it. It was easy to maneuver through the choices to embroider. I was excited about the end product when I embroidered a name. The quality of the design looked great to me. All in all this machine is easy to use for a beginner.

Fast delivery and so far I really like the machine. Had a Brother already just upgraded.
