I picked this cage because it had a 67mm ring to screw on a filter in addition to handles. I'll be able to use my phone in pro mode with filters and take better pictures and video. I also purchased a 67mm to 77mm step up ring so I could use my camera filters with my phone. It for just fine. This phone cage also is more of a universal phone fit while some other cages were only for a specific brand and model of phone and many were more geared toward mounting lenses over the phone camera lenses which for now I'm not interested in.This Neewer cage is solid with a matte black finish. There cold shoe mounts to add on a few accessories. Screw holes allow the handles to mount in different positions including vertical or portrait position. Handles can angle if desired and I can mount one on the top (it's not perfectly centered, but no biggie) between the cold shoe mounts so I can walk and do those "movement" videos for B roll. I have a Samsung S23 Ultra that comes with the pen. I can use the pen as a remote for pictures and video and with the cage it's a great set up for shake free pictures and video esecially when mounted on a tripod.CONS: I didn't care for the strap to hold on a magsafe battery, but I guess it's a help though not perfect. Also, the cage won't accommodate my phone in it's case, so I have to remove the case whenever I want to use the cage. You don't loosen a screw to angle the handles and while they are firm, if this is done repeatedly I wonder if the handles will loosen and wiggle.Overall I'm very happy with this cage choice for versatility and ability to mount filters. I got this at a discounted price so while not perfect certainly a great value for what it can do to aid capturing better pictures and video.

Fits my Z Fold like a glove with room to spare. Cold shoes are tight and stable, and the 1/4" threads give you a ton of mounting flexibility. Aluminum rails feel solid, not cheap.My only gripe? The plastic handles could use better grip texture—gets slippery under lighting.Otherwise, it’s a beast for the money. I’ve used it handheld and tripod-mounted with great results.

Easy to mount, just pull on either side and clamp the phone. It'll clamp into place with the spring or just pull the spring apart to easily remove. No screwing into cages or clips or anything like that. Very quick to add protection and dual adjustable grip. Also, the attached filter mount makes adding a VND, polarizer, etc. a breeze. And if you need to quickly take that off, it swing out of the way and unclips. All around a great accessory for phone filming.

Love it and it secured my iPhone 16 Pro Max really tight that I use it in a event and did not slide out. Highly recommended.

Solid build, fits my iPhone 16 Pro Max perfectly fine even with a cover case, 67mm filters fit nicely too, the cold shoes are useful. I just wish the filter thread had a different locking mechanism; my phone rig includes a kinda bulky magsafe cooling fan that prevents the thread from locking in place properly. It doesn't fall off, though.

Solid mechanical construction, very good ergonomics, simple to use, low weight and at the same time mechanical robustness.With Google Pixel 7Pro a great match.One star less for the filter holder mechanics which could have been more robust and solid and could have had better mechanical tolerances to be able to use all the variable ND filter types.
