Use this knife almost daily in the kitchen. I have also used it in cutting up my deer and processing it for the freezer. Great edge. Superior quality and holds and edge for sure.

I bought this knife for my daughter for a Christmas present as she had been asking for one. It is a beautiful knife that came in great packaging. The knife is very sharp and you can tell it is well made. It isn’t too heavy yet is solid and sturdy and is worth the price I paid. It has been almost 6 months since Christmas and my daughter says the knife is still sharp and works well. I would definitely buy again!

Knife came in safe and in good condition ofcoarse for a brand new knife. One downside I've noticed is the bevel, both sides weren't sharpened properly. One side the bevel was sharpened good but on the other side the bevel was sharpened half a$$ so I had to end up running it on the stone upon arrival to fix the bevel. Had the knife for about 2 weeks. Tested it on poultry, fish (big boned) and beef. It really holds it's sharpness to where you don't have to constantly use the honing rod. It can cut chicken bones and big boned fish bones without chipping. All in all great knife for a low price. Definitely a bang for your buck.

I really enjoy this knife/ cleaver for cutting tougher items like sweet potatoes, thick meats, but also very handy for chopping salad ingredients. The wider blade allows you to safely use your free hand without risking your fingers. The one drawback I found is I like to keep ALL my knives sharp and because of the size and curve of this blade, it's a little more difficult to sharpen, b ut worth the extra time. If I could change anything about this knife...a hnadle that had sides rather than round for leverage. Great tool for the money

Great cleaver! Makes cooking a joy

This knife is 100% china quality, the box it comes in is stamped made in China despite what any fake etching on the blade says. This knife is cheap flat stock welded to horrible handle stock poorly. You can see all the welds and grinding that was not finished. The blade is not forged. They stamped dimples into sheet stock. It holds no edge, isn't sharp out of the box at all and required a extensive hone. This showed the quality of the steel which is super low. Would never buy again. Amazon needs to crack down on this junk.
