Lovely poster but disappointed that it was folded in half, I can’t get the crease out. Maybe use a tube?

Product OK but substandard packaging
Product was fine and would have gone on the wall. However, we had to return it as it was packaging folded over in an a4 paper envelope so arrived creased and was unusable. I’ve since seen the same feedback on another review.
