Yes you can. Here are the steps. Shokz headphones are equipped with multipoint pairing capabilities, which allows users to connect to two devices at the same time. While you won’t receive audio from both devices at the same time, you’ll be able to transition from one device to the other. To pair multiple devices through multipoint pairing: Start with your headphones turned off. Enter pairing mode by pressing and holding the volume+ button for 5-7 seconds, until the LED light flashes red and blue. Press and hold the multifunction button and volume+ button for 2-3 seconds. Audrey says "Multipoint Enabled." Pair first device. Audrey says "Connected." Turn your headphones off. Re-enter pairing mode by pressing and holding the volume+ button for 5-7 seconds, until the LED light flashes red and blue. Pair the second device. Audrey says "Device Two Connected." Turn your headphones off. Your headphones should now be connected to both devices.

Q: What is the difference between the open run and pro premium besides price?

The biggest difference for me, and what prompted me to upgrade, is the mobile app. The regular OpenRun supports multipoint pairing and so can be paired with two devices at once. This is the same with the OpenRun PRO - HOWEVER, the OpenRun Pro has a mobile phone app that lets you select which devices are paired without needing to go through the entire pairing process; you just toggle one device off and the other on. Where I've got a phone, a personal laptop, a work laptop, and a TV which I all use with Bluetooth this is a huge improvement.

Q: Can you sleep in them?

Yes, that's half the reason I bought them. I've used them for over a year with no sleeping-related issues or damage. Wife is happy my noise doesn't wake her up. It did take a few nights to get accustomed to the pressure points. Do not push the buttons or stop/start play or change apps while lying on one side; the beeping/thump is even more uncomfortably loud.
