Perfect coffee to your liking
This coffee machine is great and has a huge selection of drinks to choose from and somecold too. It fits perfectly on my worktop. You can set profiles so it remembers your coffee settings and you can choose your intensity and even add an extra shot. I bought some double wall coffee cups which really shows off the layers of some drinks. I have found the temperature of the drinks to be perfect which I was pleasantly surprised with as some other machines I have read reviews on have had issues with this. I think there might also be a setting on this machine where you can adjust the temperature too. The machine gives you instructions on the display and walks you through any process whether that be making a drink or cleaning the machine. The milk frother can be disconnected and placed in the fridge to keep your mik cool. You can also set the grind settings too. Very pleased with this purchase and it's probably saved me money too on buying expensive takeaway coffee. Five stars from me.

Power fault after 15 months
Makes good coffee, touch screen is a nice touch. On/Off power button failed after 15 months and it became a useless ornament in kitchen. very expensive to replace every 15 months, in my opinion any positives are marred by this and I just don't see it as worth it.

I'm now a coffee lover.
My partner bought this for herself, however now I'm using it a ton too so thought I would review it. I love it, it's easy to maintain, does great coffee and has a large range of options. I love the profiles too since I'm not as much of a coffee obsessed soul as my partner, so I can create them weaker for my uncultured tastes. It doesn't take up too much space and it reminds you to clean it on the regular so it doesn't ever overflow or wait until it's nearly full then start crying at you. Plus it does boiling water or just hot milk, so we don't need to heat milk in a pan/microwave and we can throw away the kettle.

Not addicted to caffeine!
Makes a great cup of coffee. Would be great if you could buy Accessories for it like an optional steam wand or a tap to tank line so you don't need to fill it up. Take a bit of tweaking on the grind settings but the led display is a must and easy to program and save settings. I wanted one where you can use loose coffee so that's nice to see. Is noisy but that's to be expected with a grinder.

We are now coffee snobs - and this machine is responsible for that!!
After struggling with a previous model that had a portafilter and a rear water tank we switched to this far less messy, BRILLIANT machine that churns out our personalised coffees to perfection, cup after cup. We wanted a repeatable coffee without having to adjust the grind each time we changed our coffee beans and then had to worry about puck moisture etc, etc. If you have a machine with a portafilter you will know what I mean. Also the water access was an issue for my wife as her shoulder is stuffed. This one is at the front right. Easy access... So we watched all the youtube videos and read all the blurb, set up our mybrew options (tailored to suit coffee in other words) and then took up the virtual demonstration option with a Delonghi coffee expert. His name is Michael and he is a Barista par excellence. This was the icing on the cake. Now SWKE (She Who Knows Everything) wants one in our other home too...and I agree. Cant fault it VERY Happy Customers here...

Great Flat Whites but machine stopped working after 4 months
We’ve had this machine since July 2025, so almost 4 months. It took a few uses to get it to make coffee how my wife and I like and then we were both really happy with it. It’s so easy to make Lattes and Flat Whites and there’s hardly any mess, unlike with my old Bambino machine. Then we had my parents in law stay for a couple of months who drink Espresso and Americanos and so there were 4 people using it everyday, around 10 coffees a day. Coffee was excellent! However at the start of November I noticed the lights on the touchscreen started to randomly flash. I called DeLonghi who said it would need to be repaired but didn’t say whether this was a known fault and they would send a box and get it collected. Then a day later it started randomly turning itself on and off but the touchscreen wouldn’t work and we had to unplug it. So it’s not been working since 07/11/25. The machine got collected on 18/11/25 and been told it will take between 5-10 working days before we get it back! Not happy as the machine is less than 5 months old! Now really worried how long it’s going to last. DeLonghi informed me it would need 3 attempts to repair it before a replacement would be issued.

DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE FROM AMAZON
Do not buy this machine from Amazon, rather buy it direct from De'Longhi! After purchasing this item and receiving it in the last 24 hours, I proceeded to use it. It was having issues, thus proceded to call the manufacturer directly - De'Longhi. After an hour on the phone, it was deemed faulty as it was not producing hot beverages at all. Directed to return to reseller immediately for replacement - Amazon. Amazon could not offer direct replacement, fine, could not issue collection of this heavy item, dissapointing. Requiring drop off at Royal Mail/Post Office location. When attempting to order a new item while return is being processed, they would not allow me to order by putting a order limit on this and would not make an exception until the return & refund process was successfully completed and closed, which at best is a minimum of 7 working days if you are lucky! (last experience took 15 working days as they failed to locate the item within their own warehouse!) Their reason, we want other customers to have the chance to purchase this item! (while you sit with faulty product and not have the equal customer experience etc).

I was so excited about this coffee machine but then what I got is not working. Watched all and followed the possible trouble shooting but didn’t worked. So frustrated. I wanted De’ Longi to change it with a coffee machine that’s working but they don’t have that option instead refund and buy again. So hassle.

It makes a good coffee but not with milk, the milk is not hot at all and no way to adjust the milk temperature as it’s fully automatic.
