This Upgraded parts replacement is great. All the electrical parts that normally wear out in one complete package. Much cheaper than if you purchased them individually. Easy to replace these parts and keep your dryer going instead of the high cost of replacing the whole appliance.

I have a Kenmore dryer I bought in 2003. I did a continuity test to see which part had failed. It was this. I removed it and it was burned and cracked. I put the new one in and it is back. No more drying on high, for the new one medium is enough. I suspect that was the way it was 22 years ago. But the money I spent on this was a lot cheaper than a new dryer. Extremely easy to replace, just a few screws, a locking clip you push in to remove, and voila! you are back in the drying business. Maybe this one will last 22 years ;)

The smaller thermal fuse says 350 f which is correct. I got a replacement fuse from another vender which was documented for the same dryer which was rated at 320 f which was the wrong value and caused me to have to replace the fuse twice, no fun.☹️
