Good sauce for basting

I bought the Cherry Apple Habanero on a whim to up my sweet heat game, then I looked at the reviews. I saw where some of the complaints were coming from and figured the ones that like it learned how to properly use the product. I followed the advice of mixing with a sauce and layering the Heath Riles product. The key of the product is LAYERING! I mixed with a Sweet Heat sauce I use as a stand-alone sauce that works for my family (but not enough for me). I coated the top meat side of the ribs and put A LAYER of just the Cherry Apple Habanero on the bone side. They came out perfectly. It delivered more heat and I figure to add another layer on the next rack to add more heat. This is a great product, but like anything in BBQ, it’s only good if you are willing to invest in the process of mastering your equipment. This sauce belongs in your kitchen and at your pit.

Sweet with a little bit of heat. Used it over the Thanksgiving weekend on a turkey breast and a pork butt and got lots of compliments for both. Only 2 complaints. It's a bit thin, so it runs off the meat some It's a little bit pricey when you can get close just using hot honey I'll probably buy it again if I see it on sale

Love this product but got a bottle of apple cherry habanero and it leaked in package was a mess. Amazon said it was not returnable?
