This is a great dosage of an omega supplement. Easy to swallow, no smell no taste. Easy on the stomach.

High quality fish oil that is very concentrated however I decided to move to NOW fish oil for what I thought was a better value.

I’ve been using the JYM Omega Fish Oil for a while and it’s been great for overall health and recovery. The quality feels high, and I like knowing it provides strong doses of EPA, DHA, and DPA. It’s been easy to make part of my routine and I’ve noticed better joint comfort and mental focus since using it. The only minor issue is the size of the pills. They’re a bit large, and there’s a brief fish taste right after taking them. The taste fades quickly though, so it’s not a big problem. Overall, a solid 4-star supplement worth keeping in your lineup.

I take it for heart health, I have high cholesterol and I took the supplement to help with that. It hasn't helped me lower my cholesterol numbers but my calcium score hasn't changed. The pills might be large to some but I take a lot of vitamins and it does not bother me. I take it with food so I do not have issues with burping the fish oil, my wife takes it also and she does not have a problem with them either.

Improves circulation

A very good supplement to get your Omega's. The gels have no taste and no belching fishy taste. The value for the money is excellent. The gels are a bit large and there is no smell. My bloodwork definitely showed improvement after 60 days.
