Works like it should
It's a "bib style" compression hanger that works. If you're new to hanging.. you need to do a lot of research into the best safety practices of hanging prior to starting a hanging routine. Using my home brew hanger, I managed to go from 5.5" to 7". With this, I'm hoping to go from 7 to 7.5 or 8.

Quality Made. Works well, but one needs to be up-to-speed relative to proper Wrapping before employing. Also, to use safely, one needs to know for how long sessions with this device are suggested. Owned one of these for several years now with good success.
