WORKS GREAT!! I’ve bought drug store brands before and with my Jo’s of having to take blood pressures everyday, I need something that’s going to work the first time and not give me an “E3” aka ERROR message!! It’s super frustrating when electronics don’t work and it’s time consuming. With this product I’ve been using it for right at two days and haven’t gotten a single error message yet. Why did you pick this product vs others?: One of my patients had this bp cuff and it never gave me issues so I remembered the name and came straight to Amazon!! Blood pressure: Highly accurate!! But make sure you hold your arm up above level of your heart, as directed.

Some home BP cuffs aren't accurate, but this one is and easy to use.

This is a terrible product. I have no idea how it has received so many good reviews. To start with, the instructions are horrible. It has a thick booklet that is worthless, so we had to go to Youtube to see how to program it. We were able to get the time correctly on it, but it always says "AM." We could not figure out how to get it to PM. Also, the date started with 1/1/2015, so this product is at least six years old (purchased it early 2021), so it is not a current model. Next, we could not get it to connect to the app via the Bluetooth function. (That was one of the reasons I purchased this particular model.) The Bluetooth symbol would show up but it would never connect. Don't even get me started on the app, which is equally horrible. Additionally, when putting it back in the case, you have to fold it and configure it so absolutely perfectly, or the lid won't shut. They should have made the case a bit bigger for ease of use. It did read the blood pressure, but we don't know if it was correct or not, because it hasn't been compared to the doctor's. It seemed in the range, if a bit low. Cheaper brands of blood pressure wrist cuffs work just as well. Our old wrist cuff was $19.99 from Walgreens, and we had it for about five years before it died. It was accurate within a few digits of the doctor's office and came with a case, unfortunately, they don't make it anymore. This is a terrible product- from instructions to design to functionality. Do not recommend.

First time using this brand products and was just as expected. Quality in the design and product itself. Easy to use, understand and pair to my mobile device.

I was skeptical about this wrist blood pressure monitor at first. It was recommended to me by a friend, but i always preferred the traditional one that goes on your upper arm. I’m pretty happy with these results though. It’s so easy to use and all the readings have been accurate. It’s also very easy to set up the app on your smart phone so I can keep track of everything on my phone! I don’t have to keep looking back at the blood pressure monitor. Overall very pleased.

When my wife began to have relatively high blood pressure, her doctor suggested we purchase a blood pressure monitor and keep track of the readings. We reviewed several devices on Amazon and thought that the Beurer BC57 Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor – Automatic Wrist Blood Pressure Cuff with Bluetooth would be the best one, even though some purchasers complained about problems synching the device to the application. After purchasing the unit, installing the ap and taking the reading, the unit first synced to her cellphone without any issues. After the third time, the Bluetooth icon on the unit would flash but the ap wouldn't transfer the reading from the unit to her cellphone. Also, the blood pressure readings weren't consistent from one to the next, taken within a two minute timeframe. We tried to return the unit to Amazon but the request screen directed us to contact the manufacturer since they offered a 60 day warranty. We registered the unit and will be contacting them for support as the problem might be resolvable. I will update this review when the issue is resolved (the warranty period hasn't expired yet).

I use this almost every day since my doctor asked me to measure my blood pressure. I think this is very fast, convenient, and accurate. I like that I can sync with my phone and sync with Apple Data

Works extremely well and readings are accurate. I compared it with our other unit and got same readings. Easy to set up with iPhone health app and their own which I downloaded.

Works great, No issues

I had high hopes for this blood pressure monitor, but it has been nothing but frustrating. The Bluetooth connection is unreliable and often struggles to sync with my iPhone, requiring multiple attempts to pair. Most of tge time it does not sync the reading. On top of that, the readings are inconsistent, sometimes varying significantly even when taken back-to-back under the same conditions. To make matters worse, customer service was unhelpful when I tried to return or replace the device. Instead of offering a straightforward exchange, they insisted I send it to Florida first for testing, leaving me without a monitor for who knows how long. For a product meant to track an important health metric, this is unacceptable. While the cuff is comfortable and the app (when it works) is convenient, the connectivity issues, unreliable readings, and poor customer support make this a bad purchase. I would not recommend this model—look elsewhere for a more reliable option.
