I like this product, I feel a little less hormonal when I'm taking it lol. Like more even, if that makes any sense. I feel calmer but not in a sleepy way which is great for my health, I do take it at night as part of my night time routine and it seems to help. I'd rather take this than other questionable sources, I trust the quality of the ingredients used by this company compared to others, and the value is great in my opinion. I get more bang for my buck.

Excellent product. Has really helped with my post menopause mini hot flashes and flushes of anxiety. I feel so much more balanced. I played around and found that 1 Capsule a day works for me the best. The capsule's are easy to swallow. I will keep buying this product.

I am a huge fan of Dr. Berg and have been very satisfied with other products of his that I've used. However, the DIM Supplement gave me pretty uncomfortable headaches and then I started spotting which, being postmenopausal, caused great concerns. I will be keeping an eye on things and consult with my doctor to make sure there isn't anything else going on, but I did read that DIM in particular can cause these side effects so I will not be taking this any longer to see if that makes a difference. That's really the only reason for me giving it a 1-star rating, as it gave me complications. This listing says there is a 𝟯𝟬-𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲 and to send a message for a refund but I'm not entirely sure how to do that via Amazon. Has anyone tried to do this? Any advice would be appreciated! I'll also trying reaching out through Dr. Berg's direct website. Thanks in advance. UPDATE: I wanted to update my review and rating due to the quick response and resolution to my question on how to receive a refund. I did reach out to Dr. Berg's team via their website and someone responded to me within 24 hours. They asked for my Amazon order ID number and contacted Amazon to have the refund processed. Excellent customer service in all respects! I hope this helps others who may be in this situation and I also hope this product works well for most of you. :-)

I have been using Dr. Berg's DIM Estrogen Balance for about two weeks and it seems to be helping me a lot. New to HRT, this combination takes away much of the symptoms that make post menopause difficult. I recommend this product and plan to continue to use it. It has been effective in reducing hot flashes in particular.

It took me 3 weeks to start feeling the effects. This is not medicine so keep in mind that it takes awhile for natural supplements to get to work. I have been having trouble with sleeping and hot flashes due to perimenopause. I was taking this awhile ago and I stopped because I didn't think I needed it, because I was feeling good. But, I do. My hot flashes have decreased greatly, to one a day if that. I was able to get a good night's sleep. No waking up at 3am every morning.

Gave up prescription medicine to help with premenopause. Really helped with hot flashes. I ran out and within the week they came back. So let’s just say I’m not running out again. Highly recommend giving these a try.

These work very well for me as I’ve tried other brands but came right back to this one! Dr. Berg is very knowledgeable when it comes to achieving better health!
