I've purchased MRM Wholefood Organic Fiber multiple times. It mixes well into my protein shake, without thickening the texture, and it doesn't affect the flavor. It dissolves well and it doesn't have the grainy texture that other fiber supplements have. It doesn't have weird ingredients and it comes with a measured scoop so it's easy to use.

So I will say that I started this stuff after having used a much higher end (and expensive) fiber supplement for about six months. I DO prefer that more expensive fiber, BUT this is is literally like a quarter of the price, and I just can't justify the extra cost right now. It seems to work about the same as the other stuff, but I don't love how this dissolves compared to the other stuff (it just takes more work). However, it DOES dissolve once I use my coffee frother. Also, unlike the more expensive fiber, it never settles to the bottom and becomes that gummy texture. So, once it dissolves, it dissolves, which is great. Zero taste, that I can tell. So, I have to say that I do recommend this stuff.

I have been using one scoop of this product daily to increase by fiber intake. I add it to water or to a protein drink, and it tastes fine but is a little bit gritty tasting. I tried adding it to my coffee once and did not enjoy the way it tasted with the coffee. Other than that I am enjoying this product and I feel like I am getting the benefit I was hoping for.

Mix it with my yogurt and has no taste. Works great

I put in a protein smoothie every morning and it blends well. No stringy, clumpy residue left when rinsing. Taste is fine as I don’t know it’s in there. The fiber, both soluble and insoluble is higher than most fiber so you don’t need as much. I recommend

This arrived damaged (Bag popped, spilled, some solidified when moisture hit it) to begin with but I’m pretty easy to please and didn’t want to be wasteful with shipping it back etc when I could salvage most of it. I love the organic/natural aspect of this product. This is incredibly thick, does not dissolve and literally makes me choke, it’s like sand. It also tastes like prunes but more acidic. I’ve tried repeatedly to redissolve - it may be best in a smoothie vs coffee. Anyway, this is my least favorite of the many brands I’ve tried this year.

It causes stomach issues every time I took it i would throw up and have diarrhea and extreme stomach ache

Taste: good, action on constipation: good. Only drawback to me: doesn't dissolve in cold liquids and water. Otherwise 5 starts.
