I originally bought this mat to help with inflammation and a persistent hamstring injury. The hamstring injury was not only painful but it also made it hard to walk for long periods of time let a lone workout. So I thought I’d give the mat a try. I started to workout and the next day my hamstring had “fired” off. I laid down on the mat and I could feel the pain elevate within a matter of minutes. I was uncertain if the relief would only be temporary but gratefully it held. I was ecstatic! I continued to workout and the minute I got home I would go and lay on the mat. My hamstring has been getting stronger and stronger and I am just thrilled. The mat is really well made. It’s extremely sturdy and the care and craftsmanship is very evident Let me also speak to the customer service aspect of this product. After about 7 months the product had stopped heating up. Initially, I was a bit dismayed, thinking that getting the process of getting this issue handled was going to be a frustrating endeavor. I couldn’t have been more wrong! I contacted their customer service department on a Saturday morning. I had to leave a message and I though “Oh boy, here we go.” Again, I was wrong. I was contacted within the hour. They asked about my issue, which turned out to be a faulty controller & my order number and promptly offered to replace my unit. That was it! I received a brand new mat on Monday. Yes, Monday! They expedited the shipping, provided me with the tracking number and communicated with me throughout, to make sure I received the new mat and that was in good working order. When I make to make the decision to buy a product that is a bit pricey, one of my main considerations is the customer service i.e. what happens if something goes wrong? It is not unusual, for things to malfunction. However what is becoming more and more unusual, is good customer service. Well, rest assured that they stand by their product. They go above and beyond to make the situation right and ensure that you are a happy customer. I am extremely impressed with the way they handled my issue and wouldn’t hesitate to buy anything from them.

I am so pleased with my mat. I only wish I had a bigger one or multiple!! Between my 2 kitties , my husband and myself we need multiple!! I am a Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist as well as a Advanced Energy Healer and cannot say enough about all the benefits of this mat and the products provided by this company. I have even used it on a very low heat setting (sometimes turning it off for just the negative ion benefits) on my 15 month old daughter. Be Blessed!! ***UPDATE*** I have continued to have amazing result for my muscle soreness and recovery from surgery. It has improved my eczema and autoimmune issues and I know has helped with mild post parting!!! I use the mat for detoxing monthly as well-amazing!! I recently had an error message on my controller. I contacted the number on the manual they took my information to have the chief of customer service contact me either via phone or email. Which they did literally within the hour if not less. I was given a list of instructions to follow to possibly fix the issue. Once I responded that they did not work I received another response almost immediately stating that another MAT SET was being FedEx, tracking number included...and literally received the entire mat set within 2 days! We checked if the new controller would remedy the issue and it was it didn’t. So I was told to keep the new mat set as replacement. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS HONESTY AND GREAT SERVICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY!!!! Truly amazed!!!

I have been using this mat for over a year. I use it about an hour a day, approximately 5 days a week. I bought this mat because I was having trouble with my knees. They were bothering me and I thought I can try this mat or think about having knee surgery. Not only has it helped my knees tremendously, it seems to improve my overall sleep, gives me an hour of relaxing me time, and improves my mood. I just recently had an issue with the control system of my mat. I contacted the company. They immediately sent me another controller. That did not resolve the problem so they promptly sent a replacement mat. Excellent customer service!! I would highly recommend this product!

For the most part I was very excited the first few days of receiving it but couldn't figure out why/how I get so many error codes when there are only two buttons to push. Green and red... I wanted to have a far infrared pad to lay on for naps and to heat up my body temperature. It works for that. However, please read on... It is smaller than I anticipated. I am a thin person (110lbs) and still don't fit on the mat comfortably. There is no room for my arms to be by my side on the mat so . I'd suggest any adult get a wider product. It says it heats to 158. I can't verify that as it only shows 70. There is often an error code and shuts off randomly so I'm not sure it ever achieves it's high temperatures but I like the heat it emits when I place it in between my blankets and bed before go to sleep. The company responded and I am satisfied with their explanations and follow up so I've changed my rating from a 2 to a 4. An average person will definitely need a larger size but it works for what they intended it for.
